Job Description:

Are you a skilled Litigation Paralegal looking for your next opportunity — whether short-term, long-term contract, or temp-to-hire? We are actively building our bench of experienced litigation professionals to support law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the Baltimore-metro area. As a specialized legal staffing agency, we partner with reputable firms handling complex and high-volume matters across multiple practice areas, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, products liability, employment law, and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing case files from inception through trial
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
  • Preparing and organizing exhibits and trial binders
  • Coordinating depositions, mediations, and court filings
  • Conducting legal research and cite-checking
  • Communicating with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • E-filing in state and federal courts
  • Tracking deadlines and maintaining litigation calendars

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of Maryland state court procedures (federal experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with e-filing systems and case management software
  • Experience with document review platforms and trial preparation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
