This role is ideal for a detail oriented individual who is comfortable coordinating filings, organizing case materials, and helping attorneys stay prepared for each stage of litigation. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery while managing deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and briefs in the Delaware Court of Chancery
Manage case files and maintain organized document systems
Handle document collection, review, production, and privilege logs
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Cite check and format legal filings
Track deadlines and manage case calendars
Conduct basic legal and factual research
E-file through File & ServeXpress
Requirements:
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience with Delaware Chancery litigation preferred
Familiarity with court rules and filing procedures
