Prestigious mid-sized firm with multiple offices is expanding! Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Secretary with a knack for managing complex cases and supporting a top-tier legal team? Job Responsibility:

  • Provide essential support for complex business litigation matters, from case initiation to resolution
  • Manage and organize discovery, pleadings, and motions for high-stakes litigation
  • Prepare draft legal documents, correspondence, and filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate scheduling, court filings, and trial preparation for attorneys handling major business disputes
  • Keep track of key deadlines, manage case files, and assist with trial preparation and post-trial motions
  • Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case management

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on business litigation
  • Strong familiarity with court procedures, discovery, pleadings, and motion practice
  • Expertise in calendar management, scheduling, and filings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple cases and thrive under pressure
  • A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality
  • Must be local to Orange County, CA
  • ABA Paralegal Certificate required

Nice to have:

Experience in complex commercial disputes is a plus
