Job Description:

A boutique Seattle firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to help grow their fully remote team. This firm focuses on civil litigation and offers a very flexible remote work model as well as competitive salaries and benefit options.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide litigation support to three high-volume insurance defense attorneys
  • Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and e-filings
  • Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely case follow-up
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Work independently and stay organized in a remote environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment while staying detail oriented
  • Must have strong knowledge of WA state court rules in King and Pierce counties
