This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing fast-moving cases and serving as a key organizational anchor for a busy litigation team. The practice focuses on high-value commercial matters, real estate disputes, and related litigation requiring precision, discretion, and proactive support.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Handle e-filing in California state and federal courts
Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and case dockets
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings
Manage litigation files and assist with trial preparation as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of litigation legal assistant or litigation secretary experience
Strong knowledge of California court procedures and filing rules
Excellent organizational and document-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software
Ability to work on-site in Century City a minimum of 3 days per week
