Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious law firm in Downtown Dallas to find an exceptional Legal Assistant with strong litigation experience, particularly in commercial construction cases. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, including correspondence, case documentation, and drafting shell documents
Prepare materials for trials and arbitrations, including electronic binders with linked documents
Assist in case management utilizing NetDocs and time and billing through Coyote software
Support an IT-oriented partner, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for trial preparation and presentations

Requirements:

Experience in commercial construction litigation
Proficient in case management software and billing systems such as Coyote and NetDocs
Strong technical skills, especially in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to excel in a fast-paced legal environment and support attorneys during arbitrations and trials
Previous experience billing time is preferred but not required
