Job Description:

One of Atlanta’s top law firms is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant for a permanent position. This national firm has benefits that are hard to beat!

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining and organizing files in NetDocs
  • Drafting, formatting, editing and proofreading legal memos and correspondence, pleadings and discovery
  • E-filing with state and federal courts
  • Processing docketing requests (VisionSQL/CompuLaw)
  • Managing attorney calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls and travel
  • Client communication
  • Assisting with billing, time entry, expenses, and accounts receivable
  • Entering attorney time
  • Assisting with special projects

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience supporting litigation attorneys
  • Strong technical skills
