Beacon Hill Legal is working with a prominent law firm in Downtown St. Louis that is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its collaborative litigation support team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to a group of attorneys and works closely with other team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Overview: The Litigation Legal Assistant will play a key role in supporting litigation matters from inception through trial. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day support to litigation attorneys and team members
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
Manage calendars, deadlines, and case files
Perform time entry and maintain document management systems
Handle transcription and document revisions with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-driven environment
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of law firm or legal support experience required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
familiarity with document management systems and time entry required
Typing speed of 70+ WPM required
Excellent grammar, proofreading, and communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
Dependable team player with a collaborative mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required
some college coursework preferred
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
