Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established global company seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy legal team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is a strong opportunity for a litigation legal assistant who is confident with filings, formatting, document finalization, and supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. We are currently supporting two needs. Immediate Temporary Coverage: Location: Fully remote – U.S.; Duration: Expected coverage through August 2026; Start: As soon as next week (Week of 5/25); Pay: $40-$48/hour, depending on experience. Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Location: Hybrid/onsite – Los Angeles, CA 90064; Start: As soon as next week (Week of 5/25); Duration: open-ended, with potential to convert direct hire based on performance and business needs; Target salary: up to $100,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Support 4-5 attorneys with litigation legal assistant work
  • Prepare, revise, proofread, and finalize litigation documents
  • Handle state and federal court filings
  • Prepare shells for discovery, pleadings, deposition notices, and related litigation documents
  • Assist with advanced Word formatting, including TOC/TOA, tables, and document cleanup
  • Work with iManage and internal document systems
  • Support attorneys with document organization, editing, and filing preparation
  • Assist with binders and materials for depositions, motions, and litigation matters

Requirements

  • 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience preferred
  • Strong state and federal court filing experience required
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills required
  • Experience with iManage strongly preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to jump in quickly and support a busy attorney team with minimal ramp-up
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) experience is a plus
