Litigation Legal Assistant

• Support partners and associates in the litigation practice supporting the commercial litigation group
• Schedule meetings, conferences, travel and other administrative work
• Exercise good judgment and problem solve

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant, preferably in commercial litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute
• Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures
• Experience in environmental law or construction litigation is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
