Job Description:

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires someone who can serve as the face of the company, work independently in the office with one or more attorneys daily, and manage critical litigation tasks with precision.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation support
Strong ability to work overtime when required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details effectively
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and PACER
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional proofreading and document assembly skills
Experience drafting legal documents and correspondence
Proficiency in Westlaw for legal research
