Litigation Lawyer

Our client will give you the opportunity to use your legal expertise to support claimants in (mass) damage proceedings. Firm cases are at the intersection of civil liability law, international private law, competition law and regulations on unfair trade practices. In the compact and close-knit team in Amsterdam, you will take on significant responsibility from day one and will have the space to develop yourself. You will work in an innovative and challenging practice, where your legal insights contribute to legal development. This includes handling mass damage claims under the new collective action regime (WAMCA) and guiding procedures before the Court of Justice of the European Union. As an associate lawyer, you will play a key role. You will work closely with clients, liaise directly with external experts and lawyers and actively contribute to expanding the practice.
