In the compact and close-knit team in Amsterdam, you will take on significant responsibility from day one and will have the space to develop yourself. You will work in an innovative and challenging practice, where your legal insights contribute to legal development. This includes handling mass damage claims under the new collective action regime (WAMCA) and guiding procedures before the Court of Justice of the European Union. As an associate lawyer, you will play a key role. You will work closely with clients, liaise directly with external experts and lawyers and actively contribute to expanding the practice. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Completed Master’s degree in Law (with civil effect) in the Netherlands
At least three years of experience as a lawyer (in training) in the Netherlands
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Dutch and English
Nice to have:
Experience with, or interest in, cartel damages and other proceedings within European and competition law
