Job Description:

Due to continued growth and increasing instructions our Creditor Services Team is looking for a lawyer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team undertaking a variety of specialist enforcement work to include contentious insolvency and order for sale work. The team supports a range of clients that require support from the point of billing onwards. The majority of work in the team relates to debt owed to local authority clients or the larger national energy suppliers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting a range of clients from the point of billing onwards
  • Handling work relating to debt owed to local authority clients or larger national energy suppliers
