We are seeking professionals who can manage the full lifecycle of complex files on the Commercial List, bridging procedural mastery with high-stakes file carriage.
Job Responsibility:
Advanced File Carriage: Managing complex commercial files from inception through to trial and enforcement
Procedural Mastery: Drafting pleadings, motion records, and factums in strict accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure and CaseLines
Strategic Liaison: Serving as the professional bridge between counsel, clients, and court staff to manage deadlines and undertakings
Trial Preparation: Orchestrating trial binders, managing electronic evidence during hearings, and coordinating with expert witnesses
Requirements:
Experience: 5–10 years of dedicated commercial litigation experience
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of ACL, CaseLines, and PCLaw
familiarity with AI-assisted drafting tools
Certification: Law Clerk Diploma and a member in good standing with ILCO
Proactive Ownership: A "file-owner" mindset with the ability to manage strict limitation periods independently
