Job Description:

Are you a driven and detail-oriented litigation professional looking to take the next step in your legal career? We're seeking a proactive and client-focused Litigation Fee Earner to join a well-established and supportive legal team in the heart of Loughborough. You'll be managing your own caseload of general civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on areas such as: Contract disputes, Property litigation, Debt recovery, Landlord and tenant issues, Contentious probate (desirable but not essential). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will be valued and your professional development supported.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
Attending court hearings and client meetings
Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
Meeting billing and time recording targets
Contributing to business development and client retention initiatives

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with a strong background in litigation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
