We are looking for a skilled Litigation Contract Attorney to join our team in San Diego, California. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with expertise in document review and discovery processes to contribute to meaningful litigation projects. Job Responsibility:

  • Examine discovery materials to determine relevance, responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality
  • Accurately tag and categorize documents in a document review platform based on established protocols
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to highlight critical findings and provide detailed insights from document analysis
  • Maintain organized records and ensure consistency throughout the review process
  • Adhere to strict deadlines while upholding confidentiality standards
  • Support the team by identifying and escalating key issues as needed
  • Utilize document review software efficiently to manage high-volume caseloads
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines during the review process

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document review or litigation
  • Proficiency in using document review platforms such as Relativity
  • Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
  • Familiarity with civil litigation processes, including discovery and drafting motions
  • Licensed attorney with a solid understanding of legal protocols and procedures
