Litigation Attorney

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, ensuring thorough preparation and advocacy throughout the legal process
• Conduct extensive discovery, including drafting interrogatories, reviewing evidence, and managing depositions
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with colleagues on active cases to develop winning strategies and provide comprehensive legal support
• Prepare for and participate in trials, ensuring all aspects of case management are handled efficiently
• Perform legal research to support case arguments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates on case progress
• Manage a diverse caseload independently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively
• Leverage knowledge of construction law when applicable to strengthen case outcomes

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar
• A minimum of three years of experience handling civil litigation cases
• Proven expertise in law and motion practice, discovery procedures, and trial preparation
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues
