Exciting Litigation Attorney Want to go to trial? This is where you get the experience. Our client, a high-volume defense firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney (2+ years) to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an associate who wants hands-on experience, real mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a strong trial attorney.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Work directly with partners on case strategy and client communication

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience (defense preferred)
  • Active California Bar license
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
  • Desire to gain trial experience and grow as a litigator
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with a focus on defense work
  • Hold an active California Bar license
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing high-volume caseloads
  • Exhibit strong skills in legal research, drafting motions, and conducting depositions
  • Have experience with trial preparation and courtroom appearances
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and team-oriented personality
  • Show commitment to delivering high-quality work under deadlines
  • Bring a proactive and driven approach to handling complex legal matters
