Litigation Attorney

• Draft and prepare a wide variety of legal documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings and manage cases effectively
• Advise clients, ensuring they are fully informed about their legal proceedings
• Handle plaintiff litigation
• Use case management software to maintain organized and accurate records
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Familiarity with Case Management Software is required
• Ability to manage documents effectively and efficiently is essential
• Demonstrated experience in Briefing is expected
• Ability to handle Complaints professionally and effectively is necessary
• Experience in Asbestos Litigation is highly desirable
• Prior Civil Litigation Experience is a must
• Experience in Litigation - Plaintiff is required
• Applicant must have experience in conducting Depositions
• Proficiency in Spanish Language is a plus
