Represent clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Provide practical legal guidance on workplace issues, including policy interpretation, risk management, and day-to-day employment matters. Prepare, revise, and maintain employee handbooks, workplace policies, and related documentation to support compliance efforts. Handle commercial litigation matters involving complex business disputes from case assessment through resolution. Draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings with a high degree of accuracy and strategic focus. Manage discovery activities, including document review, written responses, depositions, and coordination with clients and opposing counsel. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies that align with client objectives and procedural requirements. Oversee an active caseload independently while maintaining consistent communication with clients, colleagues, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of relevant legal experience, including employment law and litigation matters
Demonstrated background handling employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies
Experience drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive litigation documents
Working knowledge of discovery practice and the ability to manage litigation matters efficiently with limited supervision
Familiarity with complex commercial litigation and business dispute resolution
Strong legal research, written communication, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to build client relationships and work effectively with colleagues in a collaborative law firm setting
