Litigation Attorney

• Handle day-to-day litigation tasks across the full lifecycle of cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
• Manage written discovery and participate in depositions
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations
• Assist with and contribute to case strategy, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Support senior attorneys on active litigation matters and trial preparation

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience (post-bar)
• Active and good standing with the California State Bar
• Personal injury and/or plaintiff-side experience preferred, but not required
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on-site in San Francisco five days per week
