Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney on behalf of a premier litigation boutique known for handling high‑stakes, complex matters for corporations, private equity firms, financial institutions, and high‑net‑worth individuals. This role involves substantive research, writing, and case analysis. It is ideal for an experienced litigator looking for flexible, remote work with meaningful, sophisticated assignments. This is not an entry‑level role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and contribute to summary judgment motions and other substantive briefs
  • Conduct sophisticated legal research
  • Review, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of case documents
  • Provide strategic litigation support, including issue spotting and factual analysis

Requirements:

  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience performing substantive litigation assignments
  • Ability to understand and organize complex factual records
  • Admission to the New York Bar
  • Background in complex commercial or financial litigation
