Litigation Attorney

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a strong focus on real estate and construction defect disputes
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research, discovery, and case analysis
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
• Advise clients on complex legal strategies and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with firm partners and paralegal staff to drive case outcomes

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in California
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated track record in real estate litigation and construction defect matters
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and case management skills
• Experience working independently in a remote environment preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
