Job Description:

A full-service law firm in Everett, WA is seeking an attorney to join their litigation practice. The firm has well-established business clients in Snohomish County and an excellent reputation in the community. This firm offers low billables (~1200), excellent work culture and retention, performance-based bonus potential and opportunities for growth. Mentorship is available from their highly-skilled litigators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a range of general civil and commercial disputes from inception to resolution
  • Motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and trials
  • Collaborating with team members on case strategy and resolution

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in Snohomish County
  • Actively licensed in Washington state
