Litigation Attorney

• Managing civil litigation matters, including policyholder/plaintiff insurance coverage and commercial disputes
• Drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings
• Developing direct client relationships and responsible case oversight
• Legal research, managing discovery, motion practice

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in WA
• Strong academic credentials
• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Federal judicial clerkship a plus
