Litigation Attorney

• Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, consumer protection claims, product liability actions, and intellectual property litigation
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation-related filings
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to develop litigation strategies and secure successful outcomes for clients
• Advise clients on litigation exposure, risk management considerations, and strategic opportunities throughout the course of representation
• Support the firm’s business development efforts through client engagement, networking, marketing initiatives, and relationship building

• 4 or more years of litigation experience, preferably representing businesses and corporate clients in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative appeals
• Experience in commercial litigation, defense-side product liability matters, or admission to the California Bar is preferred
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar and good standing in all applicable jurisdictions
• Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing abilities
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to exceptional client service
• Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven practice
