Job Description:

Beacon Hill is partnering with a highly regarded Am Law firm seeking 2-3 Litigation Attorneys for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is focused on litigation support and discovery related work across active matters. It is ideal for an attorney that enjoys substantive case support, is detail-oriented, and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting and responding to written discovery
  • Preparing and supporting discovery responses
  • Assessing subpoena needs and assisting with subpoena preparation
  • Drafting deposition outlines
  • Preparing witness preparation materials and kits
  • Conducting legal research and analysis in support of ongoing matters
  • Supporting attorneys with substantive litigation and discovery-related work

Requirements:

  • Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Must be licensed and located in one of the eligible states listed above
  • Prior litigation experience in a law firm setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable supporting active matters with hands-on discovery and case support work
