Job Responsibility

Manage cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trial
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

Handle all aspects of pre-trial preparation
