Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join a top law firm in the heart of San Diego. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting briefs, responding to discovery, and conducting document reviews. Experience in business litigation or construction defect cases is a plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to further their litigation career in a collaborative and fun environment! They even have office dogs!

Job Responsibility:

Draft and file legal briefs, pleadings, and motions
Respond to discovery requests and manage the discovery process
Review and analyze documents for litigation purposes
Provide legal support and strategic counsel to clients

Requirements:

2-3 years of litigation experience
Strong skills in drafting briefs, discovery responses, and document review
Business litigation or construction defect experience is a plus
Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills
Hardworking and passionate about law
California Bar License required

Nice to have:
