Litigation attorney

• Represent clients in construction claims, general real estate litigation matters, and contract disputes
• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions, including those involving percipient and expert witnesses
• Assist in trial and arbitration proceedings as part of a litigation team
• Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other necessary court documents
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues, including attorneys and paralegals, to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain client relationships and provide clear communication on case progress and expectations

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in deposition practice and law and motion work
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as briefs and motions
• Strong verbal advocacy skills, including the ability to argue motions effectively
• Experience in civil litigation and trial preparation
• Knowledge of legal processes, including discovery and complaint handling
• Exceptional analytical skills to assess case details and develop strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism

Arbitration experience is a plus
