Robert Half Legal is pleased to partner with a well-known and highly reputable trial law firm in El Segundo as they search for a talented Litigation Attorney to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This dynamic and rapidly growing firm offers a collegial, professional work environment with the opportunity to handle exciting cases and career advancement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft dispositive motions, pleadings, and a wide range of legal documents
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research
  • Manage discovery, including propounding and responding, depositions, and document reviews
  • Collaborate with team members in trial preparation
  • Participate actively in case strategy and client communications

Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to practice and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
