Litigation Attorney

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Represent clients in hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with court rules
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to prepare for depositions and court appearances
• Advise clients on legal risks, potential outcomes, and alternative dispute resolution strategies
• Stay current with legal developments, court procedures, and emerging technologies such as AI tools and eDiscovery platforms

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department
• Strong knowledge of litigation, discovery, and trial procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to advocate and negotiate
• Technical proficiency with legal research platforms and document management systems
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning
