Litigation Attorney

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and other case-related materials
• Conduct and defend depositions to gather evidence and build strong cases
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients and present arguments effectively
• Manage and oversee case progress, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and explaining case strategies
• Collaborate with legal teams and utilize case management software to organize and track case information
• Translate and interpret legal documents and proceedings in Spanish when necessary to support Spanish-speaking clients
• Work remotely or in hybrid settings, as required, and travel to court and deposition locations
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards in all aspects of practice

• Proven experience in civil litigation
• Proficiency in legal tools and software, such as Adobe Acrobat and case management systems
• Strong skills in briefing, complaint handling, and claim administration
• Ability to manage high workloads, exceeding 55 hours per week, while maintaining attention to detail
• Expertise in conducting depositions and preparing for court proceedings
• Familiarity with document management systems and legal research tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively represent clients and resolve cases

Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, including translation and interpretation capabilities
