Job Responsibility:
Manage and litigate civil cases from intake through trial and post-trial motions
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and briefs
Conduct depositions, hearings, and courtroom appearances across Nevada venues
Develop and execute litigation strategy in coordination with senior attorneys and partners
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned analysis on complex Nevada law issues
Interface directly with clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Collaborate across practice areas as matters require, including on specialty litigation matters
Requirements:
Active Nevada State Bar membership in good standing (required)
Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
Demonstrated courtroom and hearing experience in Nevada courts (state and/or federal)
Strong understanding of Nevada civil procedure and applicable substantive law
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation
Nice to have:
Experience or demonstrated interest in aviation law
