Job Description:

Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic litigation general practice firm in the search of a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their busy construction and civil litigation law practice in the Denver Tech Center. Candidates interested in this position should have a strong attention to detail; should be well organized; should have exceptional research and writing skills; should be a self-starter who require little to supervision.

Requirements:

Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Should possess a valid license to practice law in the respective state
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney or lawyer
Proven experience in civil law and civil litigation is required
Demonstrated experience in managing civil cases, including the administration of claims
Proficiency in case management software, document management, and conveyancer is necessary
Excellent skills in complaint handling and consumer electronics are expected
Must have experience as a litigation attorney
Experience in briefing and civil litigation is essential
Proven ability to use civil litigation software effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and databases

Nice to have:

Experience handling matters related to civil litigation, insurance, construction defect
and contract disputes
