Litigation Attorney

• Handle complex litigation cases for clients
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including pretrial litigation, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and present motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
• Represent clients during oral arguments, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal services and successful case outcomes
• Negotiate settlements and agreements effectively with opposing parties
• Provide mentorship and leadership to less experienced attorneys and legal staff
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California law and legal practices
• Work seamlessly in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work commitments

• Active membership in the California State Bar with at least 5 years of experience practicing law
• Proven expertise in civil litigation, including trial experience and law and motion proceedings
• Strong skills in legal research, negotiation, and communication, both verbal and written
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a record of academic excellence
• Extensive experience managing cases from start to finish, including discovery and trial preparation
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also handling independent responsibilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
