Our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing litigation boutique in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its dynamic trial team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, sophisticated litigation work, and direct exposure to high-profile matters. Requirements

  • Active California Bar membership
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience drafting motions, conducting discovery, and managing cases
  • Deposition and court appearance experience preferred
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed attorney, with a strong preference for deeper experience handling complex civil litigation matters
  • Active attorney license in good standing, with the ability to appear in court and manage litigation responsibilities independently
  • Demonstrated experience drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings in contested matters
  • Working knowledge of discovery practice, deposition preparation, and case management in business or commercial disputes
  • Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership of cases with limited oversight and exercise sound judgment on litigation strategy and execution
  • Background in complex business litigation, civil litigation, or related high-value dispute work is highly desirable
