Job Description

A well‑established Plaintiff‑side Personal Injury firm with offices in Seattle, Renton, and Tacoma is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing trial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in an advocacy‑focused environment and wants meaningful responsibility, strong resources, and a supportive team culture. The firm handles a broad range of PI matters—motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury—and is looking for an attorney who can independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through arbitration and beyond.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a litigation caseload from complaint through resolution
  • Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and handle all aspects of case strategy
  • Prepare for and conduct arbitrations (required)
  • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial‑ready materials
  • Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the court
  • Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to drive cases forward

Requirements

  • 4+ years of civil litigation experience (PI required, Defense or Plaintiff‑side both welcome)
  • Arbitration experience required
  • Strong deposition skills and familiarity with Washington civil procedures
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Client‑centered communication and advocacy skills
  • 4+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiff or Defense)
  • Active WA license
  • Experience taking cases to arbitration (trial experience a plus but not required)

What we offer

  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • Hybrid work flexibility (work out of Seattle, Renton, or Tacoma—your choice)
  • Three weeks PTO
  • Paid court holidays
  • Paid medical coverage
  • Free parking
  • Supportive, well‑staffed environment with strong case pipeline
