A well‑established Plaintiff‑side Personal Injury firm with offices in Seattle, Renton, and Tacoma is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing trial team. The firm handles a broad range of PI matters—motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury—and is looking for an attorney who can independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through arbitration and beyond.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a litigation caseload from complaint through resolution
Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and handle all aspects of case strategy
Prepare for and conduct arbitrations (required)
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial‑ready materials
Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the court
Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to drive cases forward
Requirements:
4+ years of civil litigation experience (PI required, Defense or Plaintiff‑side both welcome)
Arbitration experience required
Strong deposition skills and familiarity with Washington civil procedures
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Client‑centered communication and advocacy skills
4+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiff or Defense)
Active WA license
Experience taking cases to arbitration (trial experience a plus but not required)
