Job Description:

A well-established plaintiff litigation firm in Collinsville, IL is seeking a litigation associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its growing team. The firm focuses on toxic torts, including chemical exposure and environmental injury cases, and maintains close co-counsel relationships with nationally recognized firms.

Job Responsibility:

Hands-on litigation experience: depositions, discovery, trial prep
Direct client interaction and case management
Opportunity for mentorship and growth
Travel required for depositions and court appearances

Requirements:

JD and Illinois bar license (Missouri a plus)
1–3 years of litigation experience
toxic tort/mass tort preferred
Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and with diverse clients

Nice to have:

Missouri bar license
