Litigation Associate

• Represent clients in commercial and construction litigation matters, ensuring effective legal strategies and advocacy
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and develop sound strategies
• Manage complex litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for challenging legal issues
• Analyze case law and statutes to identify relevant precedents and strengthen arguments
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate to resolve disputes efficiently
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting arguments with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards while representing clients

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling commercial litigation cases
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation, including case management and trial preparation
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
