We are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate to join a dynamic law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on commercial litigation, with a strong preference for candidates who have expertise in construction-related disputes. Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in commercial and construction litigation matters, ensuring effective legal strategies and advocacy
Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and develop sound strategies
Manage complex litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for challenging legal issues
Analyze case law and statutes to identify relevant precedents and strengthen arguments
Negotiate settlements when appropriate to resolve disputes efficiently
Attend court hearings and trials, presenting arguments with professionalism and confidence
Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards while representing clients
Requirements:
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience handling commercial litigation cases
Demonstrated expertise in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Strong background in complex commercial litigation, including case management and trial preparation
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
