Caplin & Drysdale is seeking a second to fourth-year associate to join our Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights practice group in our Washington, DC office. Our bankruptcy litigation practice is regularly retained in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases to analyze and resolve high-profile, complex and cutting-edge disputes. Our practice encompasses the full range of issues potentially affecting creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze and resolve high-profile, complex and cutting-edge disputes in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases
Work on the full range of issues potentially affecting creditors in bankruptcy proceedings
Requirements:
Between 1-3 years of litigation experience
Preferably with prior law firm or clerkship experience
Bankruptcy experience not required but exposure to bankruptcy and/or creditors’ rights receives additional consideration
Exceptionally strong academic credentials
Must be in the top of their class from top tier law schools
