Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in civil litigation cases, ensuring thorough preparation and attention to detail
Conduct depositions and gather evidence to build strong cases
Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
Collaborate with shareholders and other attorneys to develop effective legal strategies
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
Uphold ethical integrity and demonstrate independent motivation in all aspects of the role
Analyze complex legal challenges, identify potential solutions, and implement them effectively
Maintain composure and accuracy under pressure in a dynamic work environment
Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented
Stay updated on legal developments and apply them to ongoing cases
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, employment law, or insurance defense (required)
Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal expertise
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively
Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment
