Litigation Associate

• Handle substantive commercial litigation matters on both the plaintiff and defense side, including contract and partnership disputes, fraud, and intellectual property
• Assist with employment litigation disputes (executive compensation
• restrictive covenants, such as non-compete and non-solicitation restrictions, etc.)
• Draft and argue motions, prepare briefs and pleadings, and manage discovery
• Appear in court and conduct depositions as matters require
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership and take ownership of assigned matters with appropriate supervision

• Approximately 3–6 years of substantial litigation experience
• Strong commercial litigation foundation, with experience in or an interest in employment litigation matters
• Substantive litigation experience including brief writing, motion practice, discovery, and ideally court appearances or oral argument
• Demonstrated work ethic, and drive
• an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• New York bar admission required
