Job Description:

We have been retained by a well-established litigation and real estate oriented law firm in Westchester County that seeks to hire a litigation associate.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, including real estate, co-op/condo, eviction, breach of contract, and partnership disputes
Draft motions, conduct discovery, and appear in court

Requirements:

Approximately 10–15 years of litigation experience
Solid writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Admission to the New York Bar
