Litigation associate

• Assist with all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work closely with senior attorneys on securities and insurance defense matters
• Communicate with clients and assist with case strategy

• Admitted to the California Bar
• Interest in securities litigation and/or insurance defense
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
• Active California Bar License is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation
• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefing, and discovery processes
• Strong background in liability and/or securities law with a detail-oriented approach is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
