Job Description:

An award-winning offshore law firm based in Jersey is looking to appoint an ambitious Litigation Associate NQ to join their prestigious and internationally recognised disputes team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to take the first step in a high-calibre litigation practice, renowned for its complex and high-value contentious work.

Job Responsibility:

Involved in a wide range of contentious and semi-contentious matters including financial services and regulatory disputes, high-value commercial litigation, trusts disputes, fraud and asset tracing claims, insolvency, and employment-related issues
Work closely with experienced Partners and senior associates on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases, often involving international institutions, financial organisations, and UHNW individuals

Requirements:

Recently qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction
Superior academic background and training with a top-tier firm is essential
A seat in litigation or dispute resolution during training is highly desirable
Excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong interest in offshore work
Enthusiastic, personable, and proactive team player
