Job Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal standards
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while maintaining a focus on their best interests
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and participate in client meetings to discuss case progress
Prepare for court appearances by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, and developing case presentations
Assist in managing case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal procedures
