Must hold a current license to practice law in the State of Minnesota
5+ years of experience in civil litigation, the position will focus supporting interesting practice areas including in Construction and Real Estate Litigation
Strong legal writing skills, with the ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Familiarity with discovery processes, including evidence collection and analysis
Excellent research skills to interpret laws, precedents, and legal resources
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with clients and opposing parties
Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all legal matters

Job Responsibility

Represent clients in civil litigation cases
Draft and file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation with precision and attention to detail

Manage discovery processes, including collecting and reviewing evidence to build strong cases
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
Negotiate settlements and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
