Job Description:

A respected law firm with a focused construction law practice is looking to hire a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience. This role offers hands-on involvement in complex construction-related disputes, including contract issues, claims, and litigation arising from public and private projects. Prior construction law experience is helpful but not required. This position requires an in-office presence at least four days per week.
