Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of law, specifically in construction or contract law
Proficiency in using legal software for research and case management
Familiarity with LexisNexis for legal research and case preparation
Proficiency in management systems for organizing and tracking cases
Experience with briefing and presenting cases
Knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures
Experience in handling complaints and resolving disputes
Experience in construction litigation, particularly in defending and arguing cases
Proficiency in conducting depositions and defending depositions
Excellent legal writing skills for drafting legal documents, correspondences, and reports

Job Responsibility

Manage a variety of construction litigation cases
Represent clients in legal proceedings, arguing motions when necessary
