Job Description:

The Liquidity Management Group Manager is a leadership position within the Treasury Organization. The individual is responsible for leading the team in the execution of the Liquidity Management framework at Citi, which includes Position Management and Analysis, Stress Testing, Planning and Forecasting, and Collateral Management. The individual will lead a team and support the strategic vision of the Liquidity Management organization implementing capabilities, performing analysis and reporting Citi's liquidity profile.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a team of professional staff to help meet team mandates
  • Coordinate and review work by junior staff and ensure timely and accurate submissions to various stakeholders
  • Be a team lead to support the monitoring and execution of Liquidity Methodology and Models
  • Use subject matter expertise for the management and Monitoring of Funding and Liquidity on an End of Day basis
  • Support the driving and execution of Intraday Liquidity
  • Support the oversight, Monitoring and Managing of Liquidity Attribution
  • Assist with implementing and enhancing Liquidity Policies and Standards including Calibration of Triggers, Limits, Thresholds and Indicators
  • Lead the firm's liquidity regulatory reporting oversight and initiatives
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure global production and regulatory submission of the Firm's key liquidity reports including FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, ILST, and other key reports
  • Manage the design and execution of Strategic Liquidity reporting target operating mode
  • Coordinate day-to-day governance and change management activities in support of firm's liquidity reporting obligations
  • Assist with the Calculation and Consolidation of Liquidity Balances and Liquidity metrics
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working with liquidity management, treasury or balance sheet experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function/business to achieve the objectives of the function/business
  • Ability to negotiate internally and sometimes externally often at a senior level
  • Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
  • Ability to lead and guide team of professionals
  • Ability to deal with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact where in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
